Our specialty is "Domestic beef Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot)". A popular dish made with fresh, plump beef offal. We use the ``Ago Dashi Soy Sauce'' made by slowly boiling flying fish from Nagasaki Prefecture, which is brewed by Hakata's Soy Sauce Ueku. *You can order from 2 people.
