Carefully selected live domestic eel slowly grilled over Kishu Binchotan charcoal and a secret recipe sauce.
For our eel dishes, we only use live, carefully selected Japanese eels. Freshly slaughtered and steamed, we carefully grill the eels with Kishu Binchotan charcoal and Daikoku's secret sauce to lock in
... the richness and flavor. We also carefully remove all small bones, taking the extra step to ensure that even the elderly and children can enjoy our eels safely and deliciously. Daikoku also offers a wide variety of other menu items, including fragrant soba noodles made with a focus on the production method and place of origin, kaiseki courses that incorporate many seasonal ingredients, and more affordable lunches at lunchtime. We also have private rooms and large halls that can accommodate small groups of 10 or less, as well as parking and bicycle parking. Please use our restaurant for a variety of occasions, such as dining with your family or loved ones, banquets, memorial services, and class reunions.
