We basically serve our meat seasoned simply with salt, but our sauces are also homemade in-house, creating an exquisite balance that brings out the flavor of the ingredients◎We carefully select only the tastiest parts of the meat, so we can confidently recommend all of our menu items. "Horse meat sashimi covered in green onions" is a standard dish that we are proud of, made with fresh lean horse meat simply seasoned with plenty of green onions, salt, and sesame oil. ◎ Low-calorie and healthy horse meat is also said to be rich in collagen, making it a great ingredient for health-conscious people and women. In addition, fresh liver that is seared and served with sesame oil is only available on Tuesdays and Fridays!
