At our contracted farm, in order to raise high-quality Japanese black cattle under the guidance of production professionals, we not only use blended feed, but also minimize stress on the cows, making every effort to raise them to the best possible quality. . We purchase carefully selected Wagyu beef from over 10,000 cows in our group.
