After that, he founded [Eel Koga] in 2009. All food is prepared by hand by our craftsmen using the traditional Edomae Kabayaki technique. Please enjoy the eel that is carefully selected not only for its taste but also for its beauty. Our restaurant was featured in "Matsuko's Unknown World" as a beautiful eel restaurant.

We serve high-quality branded eel using the traditional Edomae Kabayaki technique. All live eel is hand-chopped, skewered, and grilled over Bincho charcoal. Then, steam it slowly in a Japanese steamer to remove excess fat. By doing this, the ``sticky fat'' between the meat and skin is left behind, resulting in a finish that brings out the flavor even more. After dipping it in a secret sauce, it is carefully grilled again over binchotan charcoal. Please enjoy the masterpieces created by the reliable techniques cultivated at this long-established store.
