Food Musashino udon and Nihachi soba made daily
Musashino udon is known for its thick and firm texture. We use 100% udon flour from Saitama Prefecture. The soba noodles are ground in-house using a stone mill from domestically produced soba noodles. Nihachi soba is fragrant, supple, and goes down your throat.
Food Original soba restaurant special dish
You can enjoy special dishes that can only be found at a soba restaurant, such as dashi-wrapped eggs made with soba stock and addictive fried soba noodles made with fragrantly fried handmade raw soba noodles. Other special dishes such as duck meatballs with cartilage, soft simmered domestic duck loin, and fried tofu in a soba restaurant go well with local sake from all over the country.
Food A course where you can enjoy handmade soba
Enjoy our signature hand-made soba noodles at the end of your course. A 3,500 yen course with 2 hours of all-you-can-drink and a 4,500 yen course with 3-hour all-you-can-drink. There are 10 or 11 large dishes, including smoked Seafood meat and seafood pancakes made with buckwheat flour. Please see the banquet plan for details.
