My company staff and I decided to have a drink on the way home from work in Omiya. This place is located 1 minute walk from the east exit of Omiya Station. It is located in an area where the street is crowded with restaurants and bars. When you go down the basement stairs, the first basement floor is divided into private rooms. When I asked about it, I was told that the store opened in October of last year. It must be difficult because the store is large and has 1 and 2 basement floors. But even on weekdays around 8pm, there are quite a few customers. This looks promising. The menu is centered around hot pot and Seafood, but there's quite a lot to choose from. Also, there are many types of alcohol, so it might be a good idea to come with a group of people who have a lot of likes and dislikes. When I asked the staff for recommendations, she told me that she wanted me to try the free-range chicken hot pot with yuzu salt soup stock. You can also choose from white soup stock, Sukiyaki, kimchi, and white water, but I chose the recommended yuzu salt. We quickly ordered various things and toasted. Sashimi and salad come out right away. Thank you for providing it so quickly. Three-piece sashimi platter, Seafood salad with fresh fish and crab The sashimi is more than the price, and the taste is delicious. Of course the quality of Seafood is important in places like this, but the freshness of the vegetables such as salads is also important. In that respect, the vegetables here are crunchy and wonderful. The free-range chicken pot arrived early. It was completed shortly after I lit the cassette stove, but since it was yuzu salt, I made the right choice. When you eat hot pot at restaurants like this, it's often really salty. So when it boils down at the end, it becomes spicy and tough. (Well, you just need to add more soup.) But here, the amount of salt is just right and it tastes gentle. Furthermore, the local chicken is soft and crisp even when cooked. I was able to drink it till the end without adding more soup. We also had Hokke, assorted yakitori, fried chicken with onion and salt, and crab Tempura. It's the perfect place to have a chat while enjoying a hotpot. Also, the quantity is very large for the price. I got carried away and asked for too much, and I was full. At the end I just wanted to roll over and go home.
