When you step into the store, you are greeted by a passageway inspired by the alleys of Kyoto. We offer a variety of carefully designed rooms, from Western-style table seats, to European-style private rooms with brick walls, to calming private rooms that look like old folk houses, to private rooms with attractive ink paintings of dragons and courtyards. Chef Hisao Oitate went to Hong Kong and trained in Beijing and Cantonese cuisine. At the same time, he researched Medicinal Food dishes and created Oitate-style Chinese cuisine that made use of ingredients from Japanese Cuisine and French cuisine. He has appeared on TV and in many media outlets, and has published many books on Medicinal Food. At our restaurant, please enjoy the medicinal Chinese Medicinal Food created by our head chef.

Oitate's Medicinal Food Chinese food that values seasonal ingredients and combinations. We use organic vegetables from the chef's family's farm, and use homemade seasonings to bring out the seasonal flavors. In spring, use the youthful bitterness of new shoots, and in summer, use a refreshing sauce that boosts your digestive power. In the fall, we will prepare paste sauce made with fresh rice and seasonal vegetables, and in the cold winter, we will prepare hot pot dishes to warm your body and ponzu sauce, a Medicinal Food dish that harmonizes the five flavors.
