ServiceNotice regarding sales of "Osechi cuisine" for 2024
Regarding the sale of osechi dishes for 2025 (scheduled for sale at the end of 2024), we have decided to postpone sales this year due to a shortage of chefs. As in previous years, it has been difficult to deliver osechi dishes that are suitable for the start of the new year and that will satisfy everyone. After numerous discussions with all staff since this spring, we have come to this decision, for which we sincerely apologize.
Food Top-notch "Edomae sushi"
All fish and vegetables are carefully selected in season. The sari is made from rice carefully selected by Yasunori Matayawai, the 16th generation rice master from Shiga Prefecture, and the sushi vinegar is made from Kokonoe Saiga Ginjo Red Vinegar from Wakayama Prefecture. Our sushi chef, Maekawa, is a top-class sushi chef who trained for many years at a famous first-class sushi restaurant in Osaka, and we offer carefully selected Edomae sushi. *Please let us know if you have any food allergies or dislikes.
