``Oden made with salt stock'' is commonly known as ``Salt Oden''. We use our signature white soup stock and season only with salt. Please enjoy seven variations of oden by adding homemade miso, tomato sauce, etc. to the lightly prepared oden. We have a wide variety of products available.
