I waited for a few minutes, but still no staff member was coming, so I wandered around the entrance and the cashier area again. o(T△T=T△T)o Someone please help me~ It's a hectic day on Christmas Eve because cake is also provided (^o^;) At that time, I saw someone coming up to the second floor, so I followed them and they said, "Welcome!" The staff said to me, "Thank you very much." I told them my name for the reservation and they immediately showed me to a seat. When we had lunch, there were no small plates (to share bread), not enough forks and spoons for everyone, and they forgot to tell us how to order additional bread with the all-you-can-eat buffet. However, when we told (asked) the staff, they were able to take care of it right away, so we were able to recover (;^∀^)safe. Thank you for the meal.
