粘度高めのカレー出汁はキリッとピリ辛で、喉越し良いツルモチうどんに旨く絡む。やや硬めの粒立ったツヤツヤご飯は甘味もあり旨く、うどんを啜った後はミニカレー丼に仕上げ完食完飲腹八分目。頭皮にじんわり汗。
