We pride ourselves on Grilled skewer, which are made using carefully selected ingredients that we source from various places, and which focus on the original flavor of the ingredients! We offer a wide variety of meats, including chicken, duck, beef, pork, and lamb, as well as seafood and vegetables. Among our dishes, we recommend trying the Okinawan "young corn," which is only available in January and February, and the "hanabira" (petals) of the sparassis crispa, a mushroom known as a mythical mushroom. We also offer a wide variety of Creative Cuisine, and we recommend the "addictive shiitake mushroom" and "bacon-wrapped grapes"◎
