This is Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) that serves seasonal dishes that Oyasan and Wakazo thought up without sleep. We are particular about each dish, and we use only Japanese ingredients such as Awaji |
Today I went to Konoshima no Daichi, an Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) located about a 5-minute walk from Fukai Station. The restaurant has table seats as well as tatami rooms. The atmosphere is family-friendly. As for the food...I'm sorry to sound so rude, but it was far more delicious than I expected. Anyway, they are very particular about the ingredients. The owner loves fishing and travels to islands all over the country, and apparently purchases the fascinating ingredients he encounters there directly. The most recommended menu item, ``Ebisu Mochi pork shabu-shabu,'' is a specialty hot pot that combines ``Ebisu Mochi Pork'' and seasonal vegetables with hot water soup with the scent of kelp and bonito. ``Ebisu Mochi Pork'' is a pig raised on bananas, which has a higher sugar content than rice or grains, and is characterized by its extremely sweet fatty meat. The meat was extremely soft, the fat was light, and it was delicious. Honestly, once you get to know this taste, you'll be hooked. Our commitment to ingredients extends to our seasonings. In particular, they use different types of salt for each type of food, and they purchase about 20 types of salt from all over the country. You can't miss the seasonal dishes of the day, which are not on the menu. On this day, there was milt! This also has a plump and rich creamy taste. It will burst in your mouth and the flavor will spread instantly! You can't miss the branded chicken menu as well! Fried chicken uses persimmon seeds as a coating to give it a crunchy texture. It seems like they use hard-fried potatoes for chicken nanban. You'll be amazed at their creativity. The chicken itself is local chicken or branded chicken, and you can enjoy the flavor that overflows with every bite! The price range is reasonable, they have a wide selection of famous sake from all over the country, and it's easy to use.
