We are particular about using heifers, and we only use A4 grade meat or higher! The beef that is ranked A4 or above is high quality yet easy to eat. Also, because it is fattened on our own farm, the quality is guaranteed! Safe, secure and cost-effective! Enjoy the high-quality Wagyu beef that this 140-year-old meat wholesaler (Yamasan Sakamoto Shoten), which was founded in Sakai, has absolute confidence in!
