Chicken Jiro served hotpot style, made with chicken soup simmered for 9 hours! This devilish hotpot is healthy and filling, as you can get your hands on both vegetables and chicken while still enjoying the mellow flavor that pork just can't produce! If you are a big eater and need more noodles, please ask the staff for extra noodles or toppings!!

Our yakitori is made with fresh, domestically-produced chicken slaughtered that morning. Each part is carefully prepared and skewered individually. Grilled over binchotan charcoal, the skewers are plump, soft, and juicy, a testament to the exquisite craftsmanship. In addition, to bring out the flavor of the chicken, we use a homemade blend of seasoning salt. We also offer sashimi dishes such as seared thighs, liver sashimi, and zuri sashimi, which are popular among women, so please take this opportunity to try them.
