We are also particular about the white rice that goes well with our specialty meat. Our carefully selected rice is purchased directly from a rice wholesaler. Delivered from Kurihara City, Miyagi Prefecture, a rice-producing region in Tohoku. The rice is grown freely in soil made from rich, pure snowmelt water flowing from the foot of Mt. Kurikoma and natural coral fertilizer. When you eat high-quality meat with carefully selected white rice, your mouth will be filled with happiness. Please enjoy it.
