Shabutei's sesame sauce is made by carefully roasting silver sesame seeds to create a stronger version of sesamol, one of the nutrients in sesame seeds, and then slowly kneading it over a long period of time using a stone mill to make it easier to digest and absorb. Masu. We mix 22 types of spices to create our unique sesame sauce.
