A popular drink is Shaoxing wine mixed with jasmine tea. It has a lighter taste than drinking with grains, making it easy for young women to drink. We have five types of Chinese tea, and among them, we recommend ``white tea,'' which has a sweetness similar to that of star grapes. There is also citrus tea made by hollowing out mandarin oranges, stuffing them with tea leaves, and drying them in the air, so you can enjoy the natural aroma and taste. We also have 10 year old and 20 year old Shaoxing wine, so be sure to pair it with your dishes.
