Our environmental and social efforts
Reducing food waste
We adjust the number of products produced each day, and when they are sold out, we stop production, so there is no waste. We also focus on using domestic ingredients (milk and eggs from Kyoto, wheat from Hokkaido). We make our products by hand every day in the store, so they are safe and secure and do not carry over to the next day. We use upcycled oil.
