Authentic original Crepes dough made with flour from France's VIRON company, and luxuriously made with eggs, milk, butter, etc. After mixing, we let it sit overnight, so the Crepes is chewy, fragrant, and slightly sweet. Crepes baked in a dedicated Crepes machine are a little different from home-made Crepes.
