The specialty kushikatsu is deep-fried crisply in a thin batter uniquely mixed by the owner, sealing in the umami of the ingredients. The batter itself is flavored, so you can enjoy it as is. The rich aroma of our homemade sauce, which is flavored with our original blend of salt, wine and honey and cannot be dipped in twice, will whet your appetite. We recommend the 10-skewer course, which combines our most popular skewers. The order in which the skewers are served is carefully considered, so you will feel a sense of satisfaction after eating.

The owner has created over 50 different Creative Cuisine. A particularly popular menu item is the potato salad, which allows you to directly taste the deliciousness of fluffy potatoes. It does not contain cucumber, so it does not become watery until the very end. In addition, the sujikon stew is made by cooking Japanese beef tendons and konnyaku that has been parboiled many times in broth. Both are dishes that have been loved by regulars for a long time. They offer dishes that are made with time and effort, and are highly satisfying in both quantity and taste.

Our restaurant is popular for its Nara Toyosawa Sake Brewery's "Kuromatsu Kisenju" sake. This pure rice sake boasts a soft rice flavor and a sharp taste, and can be enjoyed warm or cold! We also have five types of shochu, including fruity and smooth brand shochu such as Tominohōzan (sweet potato shochu) and Rento (brown sugar shochu). We also have wine by the glass, which is perfect for kushikatsu. Please order a wide variety of drinks that go well with kushikatsu and creative dishes.
