Our homemade basil pate is placed on top of thinly sliced lean meat and cooked for 10 seconds on each side until it is served rare! This is a French cuisine-style Creative Cuisine that you won't find at Yakiniku (Grilled meat). Also, the name "10 Novese Yaki" comes from the fact that we use fresh lean meat, so you can enjoy it with peace of mind. We offer it for 1,780 yen!
