This is a luxurious course featuring an abundance of oysters. You can enjoy fresh raw oysters, flavorful steamed oysters, crispy fried oysters, and even oyster rice infused with the rich umami of oysters, all prepared in various cooking styles. Additionally, this all-you-can-eat course comes with an extensive drink menu for unlimited enjoyment. The oysters used in this course are sourced from the Japan Oyster Center. (The oysters from the Japan Oyster Center undergo inspections based on their own standards, which are much stricter than government regulations regarding the safety of raw oysters.)

In order to ensure that you can enjoy raw Oyster safely, we conduct individual inspections at the time of shipment and ensure thorough control against norovirus. We have a wide variety of sauces available for raw and grilled Oyster also recommend the `` Oyster Gyoza / Dumpling Oyster', which is creamy and packed with flavor. In addition, the horse meat, which is shipped directly from a farm in Kumamoto, can be eaten raw, including both rare and unusual parts. You can enjoy it to your heart's content with horse sashimi or a la carte dishes. In the future, we plan to offer not only an all-you-can-drink plan, but also a course that includes a meal.
