For the salt, Okinawan ``Shimamasu'' is roasted to remove moisture and give it a smooth finish that blends well with the yakitori. The most popular skewer is the ``Tsukune'' made with homemade minced meat. When grilled, the juicy meat overflows and you can enjoy the natural flavor of the chicken♪ We recommend the basic sauce + egg yolk topping! We also have popular skewers such as the soft ``Negima'', the crispy ``Skin'', and the fluffy ``Kokoro''☆
