Cooked Gyoza / Dumpling is a local dish originating from Hakata, Kyushu. Because they are cooked in soup, the flavor permeates through to the inside, making these juicy boiled Gyoza / Dumpling the combination of Gyoza / Dumpling filling and the flavor of the soup. You can enjoy it in two types: ``Shirataki'', which has a light flavor with a double soup of chicken paitan soup and Japanese-style dashi stock, and ``Akataki'', which uses Shirataki as a base and combines special spicy (shibikara) oil. Please enjoy it with your favorite flavor♪

A special spicy (shibikara) oil is added to the base of white rice. Please enjoy chili oil with the spiciness of chili oil and melon oil with the numbing effect of hemp. It goes well with coriander too!
