At Hyatt Regency Naha Okinawa (hereinafter referred to as "our hotel"), we place the safety of our guests first and handle food allergies as follows:

We have confirmed the presence of eight specific ingredients (milk components, eggs, wheat, peanuts, shrimp, crab, buckwheat, and walnuts) through information from the manufacturer or distributor. However, our hotel cannot guarantee that the ingredients have not been contaminated with allergens during the manufacturing process.
Please note that since there is no obligation to label the 21 items that are equivalent to specific raw materials and it is difficult to obtain accurate information on them, we are only able to provide information on eight of the specific raw materials.
In our kitchens, Restaurants, room service, and lounges, we routinely handle ingredients containing the eight specified raw materials and Other food allergens in our daily operations. Therefore, although we thoroughly wash our tableware and cooking utensils, there is a possibility that trace amounts of allergens from the environment may be mixed into the food, and we cannot provide meals that are completely free of specific allergens.
Regarding the consumption of meals provided in the kitchen, Restaurants, room service, or lounges, we ask that you make the final decision after consulting with your own physical condition and your doctor.
With customer safety as our number one priority, we will refuse to serve meals to customers who have experienced allergic symptoms triggered by trace amounts of food allergens, customers who have experienced anaphylactic shock in the past, and customers who regularly take EpiPen® or medication to suppress food allergies.
