Earth Pig x Hey! What is this!
Two high-end bread shops opened in Joetsu this year and became a hot topic of conversation. One of them, ``[a:15020275, Hey! What is this!]'' and shabu shabu specialty store ``Daichi no Buta'' have recently released a collaboration product. However, these two operating companies are the same. Hey! What is this! seems to be doing well after opening, but Daichi no Buta, which serves food and drinks inside, seems to be losing customers due to the coronavirus pandemic. So it seems like they decided to release this collaboration product as a trigger. It seems that you can go to the store and buy this item without making a reservation, but considering the wait, it seems better to make a reservation. [b: [Purchased items] ★Non-sandwich sandwich 1,890 yen (tax included)] It looks like a bento Bento (boxed lunch). I had seen the photos before it was released, but when I saw it in person, it was really impressive (;・∀・) And it was beautiful with flowers and herbs. This green brings out the redness of the cutlet. Even so, the cutlet is thick. It's probably about 3 centimeters long. Even so, the color is evenly finished. It must have been finished slowly at low temperatures. The batter doesn't have the color of being overly fried either. The meat is made from domestically produced pork fillet that has been matured in a snow room, and each box contains 200 grams of meat. The delicate tenderness and moistness of the fillet is delicious! (^^♪ There's no way it wouldn't be delicious if you sandwiched it with delicious bread. Ah, aren't they making sandwiches or are they just arranging the fillet cutlet and bread? (LOL) I guess each person has a different way of eating this. Umakura forced it. I ate it as a sandwich, but my companion ate the bread and cutlet separately. He ate one piece as is, but ate the other piece with the sauce that came with it. This sauce added to the sweetness. It's a sauce with a deep flavor due to its sour taste and complex spice mixture. It's delicious even if you just lick the sauce. It's a bit pricey, but it was a highly satisfying dish.I would be very happy if I received something like this as treat. Right. I wonder if someone will give it to me (*´▽`*) Thank you for the meal. ◇As of R2.10/3, Tabelog overall score ☆ 3.07

Used by families with children. There's also a kids space here. I think most of the customers are families. The seats we used this time were semi-private seats. It's a seat for 4 people, but it's a bit cramped for 4 people. Look, in an all-you-can-eat course, there's a lot of food on the table, right? I would like a little more table space. On the other hand, the raised seats are spacious and suitable for families. [b: [Order] ★All-you-can-eat tan shabu and black beef course 3,278 yen (120 minutes, 114 dishes all-you-can-eat)] There are many different courses, but this one is the standard one. Since the main dish is shabu shabu, we start by choosing two out of six types of hotpot soup stock. With the light "Kiwami Dashi" and the creamy "Tonkotsu Hot Hot Pot". Since there is a lot of fatty meat, it's a good idea to have a refreshing soup at least. When you get a little tired of meat, try kushikatsu. There is also a menu of kushikatsu. The most interesting thing is that there are desserts such as apple, taiyaki, and Baumkuchen. However, this menu item may not be available depending on the course, so be sure to check. There's also a kids menu and lots of desserts, so it's great for families with kids. I think families and lively groups should use the raised seats, and groups that want to eat and drink in peace should use the semi-private rooms. Thank you for the meal. ◇As of R3.9/11, Tabelog overall score ☆3.07
