We take pride in our carefully roasted skewers made from high-quality chicken that considers the rearing period, feed, and environment. We source wonderfully fresh chicken every morning from multiple poultry farms, selecting only the finest cuts from each farm. By using a diatomaceous earth oven and Binchotan charcoal, our cooking method creates a perfectly roasted exterior that is fragrant and a juicy interior thanks to the effects of far infrared rays. The faint aroma of the charcoal further enhances the flavor of the yakitori. During winter, we also offer seasonal skewers such as ginkgo nuts, allowing you to enjoy the tastes of each season.

You can enjoy black-haired Wagyu beef short-rib and kainomi skewer grilled to perfection. Kainomi can be served simply with salt or wasabi to savor the meat's natural flavor. Additionally, we recommend the prosciutto made from the rich ingredients of Nagasaki. Furthermore, we offer a variety of dishes such as vegetable rolls and foil-baked dishes made with fresh vegetables from the reputable "Hamatsu Seika" in Nagasaki, as well as a salad of avocado and shrimp grilled over charcoal.
