Food and wine, made with an abundance of local ingredients, work together like lovers, creating a wonderful harmony. From here, you can see the gently sloping outlines of the Hokushin Five Mountains, Shiga Highlands and the rural landscape. Below the windows, a beautiful line of hedged vineyards stretches out.
