育ち盛りを過ぎたオジサマにはこういうのがとても良い。
焼肉というより肉料理屋さんですね。
焼肉というジャンルではハマりきれてないと思います。
めちゃくちゃ満足。ここの肉は、かなり旨い。
本当に溶けていくような食感のものまであって、赤身でありながら程よくきめ細やかなサシがあるものまで。
久しぶりに目を見開く程でした。
タレは生姜強めのやや甘め。レア目に焼いた肉にグッと入り込む美味しさ。
温玉キャビアに刻みワサビを添えてるのはとても良かったです。
あと、最後の〆のご飯も美味しい。茶碗に牛の赤身の漬け丼のような感じで盛られたものにチーズを削ってそれを混ぜて食べる感じです。〆の前に出たスープがかなり好みでしたので、やってよかったのか知りませんが、それをご飯にかけて食べたらめちゃくちゃ旨かったですね。最高です。
トータルでかなりのハイレベルの美味しさでしたし、コースにも満足です。飲み物も飲み放題でのグラスワインとしてはかなり良かった。（種類が少なかったので星を低めにしてますが良かったです。）
こちらのお店はまだまだ美味しくなっていく気がしてます。とんでもない可能性を秘めてる金の卵です。
大切な人達を連れて行きたいお店で間違い無いです。
