Most of the ingredients are locally produced in Miyagi Prefecture, including Chinese vegetables, which are produced by contracted farmers so that they are always available throughout the year, as well as garlic, ginger, green onions, and even the rice flour used in Dim sum. While interacting with producers, we strive to improve the quality of the ingredients themselves. Our ultimate goal is to serve authentic Chinese cuisine made entirely from ingredients from Miyagi Prefecture.

Local ingredients shine and the atmosphere is local. A famous chef pursues Chinese cuisine that can only be achieved in Miyagi Prefecture.
"There is no better place to do Chinese Cuisine in Japan," says Chef Kuromori Yoji, who has chosen Miyagi Prefecture. Miyagi Prefecture is home to all the essential dried foods for Chinese cuisine, su
...ch as shark fin, abalone, and sea cucumber, and the seafood and vegetables are also of high quality. This restaurant in Miyagi Prefecture pursues cuisine that brings out the best in the ingredients using Chinese techniques. Enjoy Chinese Cuisine that is unique to Japan, combining the quality of ingredients with high-level techniques, including the unimaginably delicious "braised shark fin."
