Senichi Hormone is a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant that does not require dipping sauce, as the horumon is seasoned to suit each part. For first timers, we recommend the "5 kinds of horumon assort

In addition to the horumon, the "Sendai beef brisket grilled shabu-shabu" is also very popular. The meat is lightly seared on a charcoal grill and served with ponzu sauce, giving it a different flavor than regular shabu shabu.
