At our restaurant, we only use domestically produced Kuroge Wagyu heifers. When purchasing at auction, we are so particular about purchasing cattle that we have carefully selected, that we will purchase them even at a high price. In addition, the ``cutting'', ``thickness'', and ``shape'' of meat are important points when it comes to enjoying it deliciously. In order to make the most of the characteristics of each part and enjoy the natural flavor of the meat, we use our own butcher shop's unique cutting method. Please enjoy our Kuroge Wagyu beef, which spares no effort in pursuing deliciousness.

The ``Professional 5-Type Assortment'', which is based on the concept of ``if a butcher orders it at a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant'', is a masterpiece with a balance of marbling and lean meat. We recommend eating in the order of special loin → skirt steak → top fillet → udder → marbled thigh. This order allows you to enjoy the flavor of the meat to the fullest.
