Food Grilled in one go over charcoal! Our proud eel, carefully grilled to perfection
We are proud of our carefully selected eels, which are never pre-cooked, but are freshly torn and grilled. At our restaurant, we are particular about "yakiri", where the eel is grilled raw over charcoal in one go. The skin is so soft that it can be torn apart with chopsticks, and you can enjoy a whole piece of eel in a rice bowl or on a rice bowl. In addition to rice bowls and rice bowls, we also offer hitsumabushi, where the temperature of the broth is carefully selected. We also have a menu of snacks, including eel skewers, starting from 180 yen, so please try them. You can also enjoy small dishes that reflect the season.
