Assortment of 5 kinds of whale sashimi
The whale sashimi platter includes five types of meat: lean meat, kanoko, genuine leather, bacon, and whale whale.
This is a set of 8 skewers of kushikatsu, including the highest quality angel shrimp caught in New Caledonia and domestic A4 grade or higher Wagyu beef. The batter is thin and gentle on the stomach, making it easy to eat.
We use lean whale meat seasoned with our original yukke sauce.

We offer 5 types of bacon, rare cuts of bacon, pique that melts in your mouth with delicious flavor, real skin for a light bite, and cut tongue for a crunchy texture. Enjoy with ginger soy sauce. Also, the “Whale Yukke Yamakakedon” is a recommended dish!
