Based on the brand concept of "ethical," we offer Donuts that are particular about the ingredients and manufacturing process, with the keywords "Organic Food," "natural," and "locally produced for local consumption." Our Donuts are handmade in-store as much as possible, and use our own organic whole wheat flour and organic granulated sugar. We also use local Kyoto Miyama milk and free-range eggs "Biran," and fry in natural, domestically produced rice oil. We will be introducing new Donuts to the world, with the aim of maintaining health and creating a sustainable future.

We offer homemade organic banana juices in photogenic flavors ranging from Japanese flavors such as black sesame and Uji matcha to strawberry. In line with our ``ethical'' concept, we use ``Rainforest Alliance certified'' beans for our coffee. We also have organic tea, 100% fruit juice, and kids drinks for children.

Kengo Kuma has created a soft space for Donuts shop, which is committed to ethical and Organic Food practices. The dome-shaped ceiling is decorated with 572 traditional six-woven bamboo baskets made from Arashiyama bamboo. The gentle lighting that leaks through the mesh of the basket casts shadows, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The interior of the store, which is both Stores and a kitchen where Donuts are made, brings back Kyoto's delicate and robust kitchen culture.
