Orthodox Yakiniku (Grilled meat) in Rakuchu
I had only been to the main branch, but this was my first visit to this branch near Shijo, where it was easy to have dinner with my wife after work. I see, the standard menu is exactly the same, but this one has a stylish twist that allows you to try out different seasonings. Salt, lemon, Japanese pepper, and washed sauce. All of them were designed to be served in delicious combinations. My impressions were that the meat was of good quality and extremely delicious, and the restaurant was well-ventilated so you didn't feel any smoke. Regarding ventilation, the environment was much better than the main store. Lastly, the warm hospitality of the staff was also great. From now on, it looks like I'll be frequenting this store just as much as the main store.

I decided to revisit this restaurant with Yakiniku (Grilled meat) on her way home from work to have some yakiniku. When the appointed time came, I went inside and sat down. Today, instead of potato salad, they served a complimentary platter of four kinds of namul. You can choose what you want from a variety of options. We chose bean sprouts, shredded potatoes, sliced new onions, and spring cabbage mixed with dried shrimp. All were tossed in sesame oil and were just as delicious. Next we ordered raw omasum sashimi, skirt steak (with sauce), tripe (with salt), red omasum (with salt), pig's trotters, and cheese stone-grilled bibimbap. The food was served immediately after ordering, and the staff was very attentive, so they even replaced the roaster without asking. It was wonderful. I was very impressed. I would like to stop by again if I have the opportunity.
