At Ichiba Koji, we offer a banquet plan with 120 minutes of all-you-can-drink and meat-filled meals from appetizers to the final course! We also have private rooms for 4-6 people and a large hall that can be rented exclusively for 25 people or more! The meat is carefully selected Kuroge Wagyu beef thighs purchased from Moritaya, the oldest butcher shop in Kyoto. At our store, we separate blocks of lean meat into different parts. Since the amount of fat and lean meat differs depending on the meat, the chef grasps the condition of the meat by touch and adjusts the cooking time on a large iron plate and stone oven.
