Cafeterias opened in the hometown of Nakaoka Shintaro, a patriot of the late Edo period who worked hard for the Meiji Restoration together with Sakamoto Ryoma and others.
Rather than elaborate dishes,
...we use local ingredients to provide delicious home-cooked lunches. The menu starts with a daily lunch dish with a choice of two main dishes. We plan to add more to the menu in the future.
