Every day, it is cooked in the restaurant with a blend of several different kinds of soup stock, and served to the perfect degree of steaming. The ingredients are basically local fish and vegetables, so you can enjoy the freshness.In addition to the recommended salmon and salmon roe Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot), we also offer dishes made with chicken and seasonal ingredients.
