Restaurant highlights |
Even though it's "Oi Matsuda," you can eat light Hokkaido Ramen. Hakodate Shio Ramen is recommended!!
Our recommendation is "Hakodate Shio Ramen". We do not have soy sauce Ramen. The reason is that people have a fixed idea that "Ramen = soy sauce flavor", so they will not be able to eat the salt Ramen
... that we recommend. So why do we recommend Hakodate Shio Ramen? When I was training, the ramen that impressed me the most was "Hakodate Shio Ramen". "Wow, salt Ramen is so delicious." The moment I took a bite, the golden soup was light yet rich in flavor. The noodles were thin and straight, but had a strong wheat flour taste. The pork belly char siu was tender and tender. I was strongly attracted to the old-fashioned "Chinese noodles" feel. I want local people to eat this Ramen. And I want them to be happy!! That is the thought that drives us to run our business.
