Our restaurant is proud of its dishes made with Kyushu ingredients! We have a wide variety of Kumamoto horse sashimi available! Our head chef, who is originally from Fukuoka Prefecture and loves Kyushu, uses his own channels to purchase authentic Kyushu ingredients, such as directly delivered fresh fish, horse sashimi from Kumamoto, and Kurobuta pork from Kagoshima. That's why we can make it happen! We use locally sourced ingredients to deliver delicious, affordable food.
