Sunday lunch is My first visit to the recently opened Musashi-Kosugi Ichibangai. This is a so-called alley style, Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), Korean Cuisine, Okinawan Cuisine, There are 6 to 7 shops lined up. Therefore, you can eat at only one restaurant, It seems like it would be fun to go bar hopping. We visited Yamafuji, located in the back. After some research, I found out that this is an izakaya Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in Noge, Yokohama. Apparently "Taiyo Whale" has opened a store there. As expected, the TV in the store was showing a Baystars game. It was recorded and broadcast. (In other words, the Taiyo Whales connection) Now, as soon as I sat down, I read the menu. The first drink of the mega highball from the waiter I heard the price would go down so I ordered it. The recipe is, ✔︎Kawasaki Modern Yaki ✔︎Yamafuji fried Gyoza / Dumpling ✔︎Five fried eggs ✔︎Fried chicken with bone Ordered. These are all the recommended dishes on the menu. His wife said she wanted modern ware. It had a rich sauce flavor and was delicious. Gyoza / Dumpling were surprisingly small, The flavor of the vegetables really comes through, which is good. I couldn't help but have a second helping. Fried eggs are a must. The cabbage that was laid out was already seasoned with mayonnaise. It was so good that I was able to enjoy it with just the right amount of saltiness. The coating of the bone-in fried chicken is a little hard. Therefore, it is crispy and delicious, The area around my upper jaw was pretty painful. Thanks to a decent calorie intake I left the restaurant feeling about 80% full. I probably could have used the ladder, but I didn't have the stamina to do so. Next time I'll try other shops in Ichibangai. Thank you for the meal.
