What is hot spring water Yudotomi? It is a unique yudo-tomi that is usually made with kelp and water and becomes jiggly and creamy by boiling it in hot spring water. Our Yudofu uses a special Tofu blend of three types of soybeans and hot spring water. You can enjoy the flavor of soybeans as is, but we also have salt, ponzu sauce, and sesame sauce to suit your taste.
