Since my humiliating experience of having Gyoza / Dumpling order forgotten at the Odawara branch, the humiliation had somewhat faded, so I stopped by after enjoying a concert at Muza Kawasaki. The restaurant was fully booked and only reservations were accepted, but fortunately I had made a reservation through Tabelog, so I was seated within about five minutes. Up until this point, it was fine, but the tables were narrow, the chairs were simple and had no backrests, and there were children (although they were probably adults) laughing loudly all around, giving it the feel of a third-rate izakaya... Also, the system where you scan your order with an app to earn points was something I hadn't used for the first time since the Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) was renovated, so when I asked the staff about it, they were obviously annoyed. I understand that they were busy and full, but if they showed that in their attitude, no matter how you look at it, it's hard to rate the service as good. It's the same as a third-rate Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), where cheap but bad food is the norm. Both Gyoza / Dumpling and the side dishes (horse meat sashimi and scallops shown in the photo) are well-flavored, so I would ask that they provide good service even if they are busy. Unfortunately, along with the Odawara store, this has significantly damaged the store's image.
