We have a selection of gentle wines that will soak into the body of makers who have the idea of ``wanting to pass on living nature, uncorrupted by chemicals and pesticides, to the next generation.'' There are 6 to 7 types of white and red wine by the glass each day, and 50 to 60 types of bottled wine.

Pate de campagne. Lamb pâté, andouillette, duck and foie gras sausage, Boutin Blanc, rillettes, and homemade mustard. The salami is made in Italy and has no additives.
