``Shima Sushi'' is a typical Local Cuisine of Hachijojima, made with sweet sushi rice and toppings marinated in soy sauce and topped with mustard. You can enjoy fresh combinations that are different from regular Sushi ☆ We also recommend the signature dish ``boiled golden sea bream'' and moray eel, which has fluffy flesh and a light flavor. Kusaya, which is said to be the secret to a long and healthy life, is addictingly delicious.We also offer it in easy-to-eat recipes such as Ajillo and mayonnaise. It doesn't have much odor, so even first-timers should try it!
