Brunch time in Yokohama Chinatown. Shall we have a hearty lunch? Should I make something gentle on my stomach? As I was walking aimlessly and thinking, a white bowl caught my eye... Yes, I decided to have some soy milk. Soy milk is simply a warm tofu soup. This dish is mild and has a nice flavor from the condiments and fresh coriander. Then, we add some crispy fried bread and dip it into the soup to make it soft and chewy. It's a little bit junky and irresistible. It's a staple breakfast in Taiwan. It's great because it's gentle on the stomach and the fried bread keeps you full for longer. The atmosphere of the shop is colorful and Even though it's my first time here, there's a sense of nostalgia in the air. The snack menu is also extensive, It would be nice to drop by at night and enjoy a Chinese night with some drinks.
