We offer a "Japanese Afternoon Tea" that luxuriously uses fresh ingredients produced in Kanagawa Prefecture, with each item handmade to perfection. Our menu features a variety of dishes that incorporate local ingredients while adding a playful twist, including Kanagawa-grown strawberries "Kanakomachi," Ashigara matcha, and Shonan Gold, as well as Yamayuri pork, Misaki tuna, Shonan shirasu, and Miura daikon, all abundant in the rich natural bounty of Kanagawa.
